While there are many firms that provide the same services as CRM, most are geared to medium to large companies resulting in more profitable projects.
Often a small company is more limited in their IT resources and available budgets than a large company for software projects that would be beneficial to the company.
As a result of these two factors, smaller firms are disadvantaged in the area of utilizing current computer technologies.
CRM is focused on this segment of the consulting market; smaller firms with limited IT resources but with a desire to use today's technology to improve their company's operation.
